Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your industrial machinery, components, or parts to request a formal return. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition only. It must be in the exact condition you received it: uninstalled, unused, and in its original industrial packaging.

Warranty Labels: For all parts equipped with a tamper-evident warranty label or seal, the label must be completely intact and unaltered. Any evidence of removal, tearing, or tampering will immediately void return eligibility.

Documentation: You must provide the original order number or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return (By Mail): All returns are processed by mail. Return requests must be submitted via email to support@vrxindustrial.com.

Once your return request is approved, our team will issue formal instructions on how and where to ship your package.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to our facility without an approved return authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

Return Labels: The cost of return shipping and the return label is the customer's responsibility.

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product price. This fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Freight Logistics for Heavy Components (Over 10 lbs): Standard return labels cannot be used for heavy hardware. For any industrial components weighing over 10 lbs, the return logistics must be manually coordinated with our logistics team. Once your email request is approved, we will work with you to arrange standard freight or specialized carrier transport at your expense.

Damages, Discrepancies, and Transit Issues: Please thoroughly inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at support@vrxindustrial.com if an item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect part number or serial number. We will evaluate the issue immediately to fast-track a replacement or correct the shipment to minimize your factory floor downtime.
Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, volatile fluids, industrial gases, custom-configured assemblies, or items designated as Final Sale / Built-to-Order. Please contact our support team prior to purchasing if you have questions regarding the return parameters of a specific part number.
Exchanges: We gladly accept exchanges. To resolve down-time as quickly as possible, we utilize a direct replacement model. The most efficient path is to submit a return request for your current item, and—once approved—place a separate, immediate order for the correct or alternative component.
International Orders & European Union Cooling-Off Period: Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped directly into the European Union, you retain the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The component must still meet our standard eligibility criteria: uninstalled, unused, with all OEM packaging and warranty labels completely intact.
Inspection and Refunds: Upon delivery to our warehouse, your return will undergo a technical inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed and automatically issued back to your original payment method within 7 days.

Please note that your banking institution or corporate credit provider may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.
